Commission Term of Service

It's recommended to read before processing any commission including YCHs and others as it is made for understanding and beneficial for client and artist.

  1. You must pay upfront with only provided services. Paypal and Ko-Fi only.

  2. Once you sent a form, Please be patient and do not rush. Make sure that you made the form correctly including contact information and such.

  3. After you paid the money, You are eligible to ask for a refund after around 6 hours and it must be in the middle of progress. You won't be eligible after the artwork is finished and after the time.

  4. You may ask for fixes if you find that the drawing is done not correctly both in the middle of progress and after the finished. If you ask for fixes which is too major or huge to be able to fix, You will be extra charged depending how many things it has to be done.

  5. Please do not rush the progress by any means. If you are concerned about time, You will be informed an update or news if there is a delay or not.

  6. You are not allowed to forcefully make a payment to get into any commission/YCH by any means or without making a form. If you do so, Refund immediately.

  7. Please prepare your OC's Reference Sheet or artwork (Without shading would be the best recommended). It must be fully colored, not line art or sketch only as it cannot be imaginable how the character looks like.

  8. Making multiple forms for yourself isn't considered as you get a queue or multiple queues. You will get a queue after you make a payment to the specified commission/YCH.

  9. Important! Every YCHs and Commissions will have 4% Extra Fee due to the exchange currency conversion. (Estimated $0.7, It can be changed anytime.)

Client's Term of Service

  1. You are allowed to post anywhere but please credit me.

  2. You are allowed to use the artwork(s) for references.

  3. You are allowed to come back and grab the commission and YCHs again if there is an open slot/queue.

  4. You are allowed to grab commissions or YCHs for your friend(s).

  5. You are not allowed to use any artwork by me for AI-Image Generator Learning.

  6. You are not allowed to use it as an asset in marketing with any shape or form of promotion without permission.

  7. Tips and Donations are acceptable!
